Welcome to NoClue (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use:

  • Our website at: https://nocluegame.com (the “Website”);
  • Our upcoming mobile applications (the “App”) for iOS & Android; and
  • Any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We only collect information that is necessary to operate and improve our games and related features.

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: When you create an account or log in using Google, Apple or another third-party provider, we may receive:
    • Your name or display name;
    • Email address;
    • Profile photo (if provided);
    • A unique identifier from the provider.
    We do not receive your password from Google, Apple or other identity providers.
  • Profile & Game Data:
    • Username, avatar, or other profile details you choose to set;
    • Game progress (scores, levels, stats, streaks, leaderboards);
    • Game sharing groups (other users whom you choose to share game scores & data with);
    • Preferences (language, sound settings, difficulty, etc.).
  • Customer Support: If you contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and any information you choose to provide in your message.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Game actions (puzzles played, completion times, moves, hints used) and basic interaction events (pages visited, buttons clicked).
  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, dates and times of access, referring URLs, and error logs.

2.3 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is being used. You can usually control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling or deleting cookies may affect or prevent some functionality.

11. Third-Party Login Management

If you log in with Google, Apple or another provider, you can usually manage or revoke access via your account settings with that provider (for example, your Google Account security settings). If you revoke access, you may no longer be able to sign in to the Service using that provider. Contact us if you wish to delete your NoClue account entirely.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Website and update the “Last updated” date above. In some cases, we may provide additional notice (e.g., via in-app message or email). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Policy becomes effective means you accept the changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the NoClue website, mobile applications, and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 13 and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law, or you have your parent or guardian's consent where required. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Third-Party Logins

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features (such as saving progress or viewing leaderboards), you may need to create an account or log in via a third-party provider (e.g., Google). You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, not impersonate another person or entity, and maintain the security of your account and login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Third-Party Logins

If you choose to sign in via Google or another provider, you authorize us to receive certain account information (such as name, email, and profile image) from that provider, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with the provider's own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the third-party provider's services.

4. License and Use of the Service

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

You acknowledge that all game data and virtual content are part of the Service and have no real-world monetary value. We may modify, reset, or delete game data (for example, to fix bugs, prevent cheating, or rebalance the game) at our discretion.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

We may investigate and take appropriate action (including account suspension or termination) for any violations.

All content and materials in the Service, including but not limited to code, text, graphics, logos, icons, game design, puzzles, animations, and UI layout, as well as trademarks and trade dress, are owned by 1092599 B.C. Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use any of our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use the Feedback freely, without restriction or compensation to you, and you have no rights to any features or improvements implemented based on such Feedback.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as authentication providers, app stores, or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, or any loss or damage arising from your use of them. 11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any particular result will be achieved, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1092599 B.C. Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, for use of the Service during the last 3 months, or the minimum amount required by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1092599 B.C. Ltd and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and may provide additional notice (e.g., in-app). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
